A lightly oaked dry white wine blend from select grape varieties Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, and Chardonnay. Around 15% of the blend was aged 6 months in French Oak barrels, with around a third of the blend having undergone malolactic fermentation. It is therefore an approachable dry white wine with subtle barrel-aged characteristics. The inclusion of 5% Chardonnay in the blend contributes Vinifera balance and complexity. Attractive aromas of grass, hay, and melon overlay tropical fruit flavors in this bright refreshing wine.
