A lean-style, crisp varietal white wine, light to medium-bodied, with tart fruit and citrus blossom notes, aged in stainless steel. Made from Chardonnay grown in the heart of Chester County, PA. The nose is clean and crisp with pronounced aromas of yellow apple, pome fruit, citrus, and floral undertones. With medium acidity and pronounced minerality on the palate, this is a great food-pairing wine or as a refreshing sipper on its own. Recommended with seafood, smoked salmon, chicken, falafel, or mozzarella.
