A Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine made from Pennsylvania-grown Chardonnay sourced from a premier vineyard in the heart of Chester County, PA. Classy and Luxurious in its presentation, the wine exhibits fruit notes of yellow plum and kumquat. Aged sur lie (on the yeast lees) for 2 years. The wine is well-balanced with tertiary flavors including biscotti and brioche. Perfect as an apéritif.
