Each tasting includes four chocolate truffles, made with love and artfully crafted by The Conche in Leesburg, each thoughtfully paired by our winemaker with a 4oz bottle of Bluemont Vineyard wines. Plenty for two people to share or to just indulge yourself!

Born from blending trials at our family table, the Farm Series pays tribute to our beginnings rooted deep in farming. This series shares approachable qualities, making them our go-to wines for any occasion and every gathering.

A Spanish varietal with dry, bright acidity and no residual sugar. Crisp green apple gives way to notes of lemongrass on the mid-palate. This wine was fermented in stainless steel for a crisp clean finish.

Pairs well with seafood, sushi, grilled vegetables, and a variety of cheeses

Fruit-forward with lush textures of green apple, asian pear and a touch of lemon zest. Primarily fermented and aged in stainless steel, giving a crisp, clean finish with a hint of minerality.

Pairs with creamy soft cheeses, risotto, seared scallops, grilled lobster, and alfredo or scampi dishes.

Wanting to showcase the fruit and not the barrel, this wine was barrel-fermented and aged in a combination of neutral and second-year oak allowing for subtle oak integration while letting the grape shine through. Toasty notes of graham cracker, hazelnut and creme brûlée interplay with a lush mouthfeel while finishing with a touch of green apple and apricot.

Pairs with creamy soft cheeses, risotto, seared scallops, grilled lobster, and Alfredo or scampi dishes.

Predominantly stainless steel with a slight kiss of oak barrel-fermented Viognier. Crisp acidity with flavors of green apple, white grapefruit, citrus, pear, and white flowers while notes of tangerine, lemon rind, and a hint of vanilla linger on the finish. Dry and refreshing.

Pairs well with Carbonara pasta, hard cheeses, and potato soup.

With its origins in South West France (Languedoc), Petit Manseng is relatively new to Virginia vineyards. Our dry white Petit Manseng was hand-harvested and fermented in a variety of oak and acacia barrels. Slightly perfumed aromatics of honeysuckle, ripe stone fruits (nectarine and white peach), and green apple couple with a pleasantly balanced but lingering acidity. Apricot and a hint of graham cracker on the finish.

Pairs well with spicy tuna rolls, ceviche, scallops, root vegetables, grilled chicken, peach cobbler

Aromatics of lemongrass, melon, and chalk give way to flavors of green apple, lemon zest, cut grass, white peach and a slightly boozy finish. Dry with a zingy acidity. Serve cold, slightly above refrigerator temperature of 45-50f to release aromatics.

Pairs well with Thai red curry mussels, grilled lobster with butter, spaghetti carbonara.

100% stainless steel fermented. Tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana greet you on the nose and make way to Meyer lemon and dried apricot on the finish. Slight 1% residual sugar to balance against the acidity. Fermentation intentionally stopped for natural residual sugars.

Pairs well with Thai dishes, curries, Buffalo wings, white chocolate.

Our first "dry" Vidal Blanc greets you with lush tropical fruits such as apricot, pineapple, and banana while winding down to Meyer lemon and dried apricot on the finish. Crisp and refreshing and perfect for a warm spring day. 100% Vidal Blanc.

Pairs with hard cheeses, scallops, ceviche, sushi

Light floral notes upfront open up to warmer citrus flavors such as orange peel, candied fruit, and light baking spices that give way to slight acidity and a savory vanilla bean finish with this vintage. 100% Loudoun County fruit from our Bluemont and Windhorn vineyards.

Pairs well with grilled chicken, creamy Italian dishes, goat cheese, crab cakes, and Thai-inspired meals.

The Viognier Reserve is well-rounded while expressing Viognier’s traditional white floral notes. Subtle use of new and older oak contributes additional notes of vanilla and a hint of shortbread.

Serve slightly chilled. Pairs well with lobster, fettuccine alfredo, shrimp and grits.

Bright and cheery featuring a crisp nose of lemon zest and white flowers. Our Sparkling Signature White wine is perfect for any celebration and treats you to flavors of peaches, pineapple rind, and melon.

Pairs well with most cheeses, lighter seafood and pasta dishes, as well as New York-style cheesecake.

This refreshing, off-dry Rosé is made from Chambourcin grapes sourced from the Loudoun County vineyards of Amber Creek and Bleu Frog. Fruit-forward notes of ripe strawberries and cranberry intertwine with hints of lemongrass, mint, and a delicate acidity for a perfect springtime pairing.

Pairs well with cheese plates, dried fruits, picnic lunches, and delicate Asian-inspired dishes as well as smokey barbecue dishes.

Crisp and tart with notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and a touch of vanilla cream on the nose. This refreshingly effervescent Rosé is perfect for all occasions.

With grapes sourced from multiple vineyards across the county, the 2019 Ascent is a true representation of Loudoun grape growing. Layered textures, dominant of red fruit (redcurrant, medicinal cherry) with darker brambly blackberry undertones and soft, yet lingering,
tannins. Merlot base rounded with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Notes of dried herbs (lavender), coffee bean, and a hint of vanilla. Though drinking well now, this red blend will continue to develop nuanced flavors over the next 6-8 months or longer.

Pairs well with coffee-rubbed steak, Shepherd’s Pie, crispy Duck, grilled lamb.

Cabernet Franc 89%, Petit Verdot 11%

This fruit-forward Cabernet Franc has vibrant red plum on the front palate with touches of tart cherry, graphite, and violet on the finish. Medium-bodied with subtle, softer oak tannins and hints of vanilla from the use of French and Hungarian barrels. Additional notes of cracked white pepper and strawberry with notable acidity and structure.

Medium-bodied, youthful red wine with notes of dark cherry, Christmas spice, and bakers chocolate with a touch of licorice and dusty minerality. Medium-bodied with lush tannins and a savory finish. Easy drinking now or cellar over the next 3-5 years.

Pairs well with braised short ribs, beef wellington, smoked duck, roasted vegetables.

Earthy with hints of blueberry, raisins, and dried fruit giving way to a soft, medium-bodied wine that is easy-drinking and balanced. A touch of bourbon with a hint of vanilla and caramel on the nose. This Cabernet was finished in assorted Kentucky bourbon barrels for 60 days to bring together these luxurious flavors.

Allow the wine to warm slightly to release more of the bourbon notes.

Pairs well with oak-grilled New York Strip, pot roast, dark chocolate, and mushroom risotto.

This Chambourcin was sourced from both Loudoun and Fauquier counties with the Petit Verdot coming from a single vineyard in Loudoun County. Flavors of blueberry, blackberry, and jammy dark fruits, higher acidity, subtle tannins, with a hint of wood smoke on the finish. Fruit forward, everyday drinking wine.

Suggested pairing: Wood fire pizza, goat cheese stuffed portobello mushrooms, grilled summer vegetables.

Fruit-forward, medium body with subtle tannins. Jammy and loaded with red fruit (red cherry, pomegranate, and plum) with vibrant acidity, herbs, and a hint of smokiness. Easy drinking, food-friendly, all-occasion red blend.

Pairs well with fresh pasta, fried arancini, goat cheese, bbq ribs, grilled mushrooms, campfires, and friends

A great, exceptionally warm growing season brought notes of blueberry, blackberry, and herbs with a hint of graphite, minerality, and black pepper to our 2019 Merlot. Integrated oak and tannins give this wine structure and a lengthy finish. The tasting notes in the 2019 Merlot will continue to evolve over the next 3-5 years.

Sourced from Bluemont, O1V, and Windhorn Vineyards.

Pairs well with Ribeye cut steak, pot roast, pork chops, sweet potato fries.

A unique nose of spicy earth notes, bitter baker’s chocolate, tart cherry, and a unique Norton “foxiness” sets this wine apart from all the others. Pungent spices like star anise and white pepper. Hints of chai spice and fresh dill with a soft tannin structure.

Pairs well with wild game smoked meats, coffee-rubbed flank steak

100% Norton. Released 2021.

Uniquely “Norton” in flavors and aroma, the Norton Port is a fortified wine produced in a traditional port fashion and is a blended composition of Norton from 2016, 2017, and 2018. The wine begins fermentation like any of our wines but the wine is then fortified with an addition of aged Norton brandy. This causes an increase in alcohol and a halt in fermentation leaving an amount of natural residual sugars that balance the high alcohol content. The wine is then aged in a combination of whiskey and neutral wine barrels.

Notes of Baker’s chocolate, fig, candied liquor cherries, and a hint of bourbon and vanilla intertwine to make a unique wine.

Originally prized for its blending power, Petit Verdot has found a niche here in Virginia as a stand alone, single varietal wine. Slightly smokey with hints of sage, lavender, and loads of blueberry. Our 2019 Petit Verdot shows lingering, but soft tannin structure and a bright mouth watering acidity that makes the wine accessible now but will also age well over the next 4-7 years.

Pairs well with duck ragout, gruyere cheese, stuffed green peppers, spicy pork

With a reputation for making Virginia merlot wines that stand out from the rest, grapes sourced from our neighbors at Russ Mountain Vineyards are coveted by winemakers and wineries all over the state.

A nose of raspberry and slight woodsmoke give way to flavors of cacao nibs, baked cherries, and blackberry seeds. Earth, balanced tannins and complimented by a lingering finish and a touch of plum at the end.

Not to be pinned down to a specific style the 2019 Summit once again highlights a selection of interesting lots from our cellar. While the 2017 Summit focused on Merlot, the 2019 vintage brought a wealth of big, ripe reds from the vineyard. The power of Tannat, the richness of Cabernet Franc, and the minerality and floral notes of Petit Verdot come together in our 2019 Summit. This is a wine that will hold up to your biggest steak dinner or your coldest winter night! 100% Loudoun County Fruit. Fruit is sourced from the Bluemont estate with additional grapes from Windhorn and Staggerwing vineyards in Waterford.

This Syrah was barrel-aged for 22 months brought about soft tannins with notes of clove, cardamom, cracked pepper, blueberry and a hint of eucalyptus.

Pairs well with game meats, herb roast chicken, charcoal grilled lamb, barbeque, blue cheese.

Red Mixed Berry Sangria

Fruit-forward, medium body with subtle tannins. Loaded with red fruit (red cherry, pomegranate, and plum) slightly jammy, and with a mid-palate focus, our Farm Table Red wine is an easy-drinking, all-occasion red blend.

This wine makes a wonderful Sangria Blend! Enjoy two parts wine, one part mix, club soda, and garnish with mixed berry medley.

Strawberry Rosé Sangria

This refreshing, off-dry Rosé is made using Chambourcin grapes picked in early September and slowly fermented in stainless steel to retain maximum aromatics and freshness. Fruit-forward notes of ripe strawberries and cranberry intertwine with hints of lemongrass, mint, and a delicate acidity for a perfect springtime pairing.

This wine makes a wonderful Sangria Blend! Enjoy two parts wine, one part mix, club soda and garnish with strawberries and basil!
