A refreshing and crisp drink stabilized on three equal legs: First, bittersweet apples are handpicked from historic orchards to bring complexity and body to the base of the cider. Then, a unique Portuguese yeast elevates the floral and citrus notes of our heritage apples, making a cider that can only be compared to a premium white wine. All this flavor then hits its peak when a blend of three distinct varieties dry hop the final cider.
We wanted a cider that could satisfy a beer drinker. And if we do say ourselves..we nailed it.
