In honor of collaborative agriculture, EsoTerra blends local fruit to slowly ferment into a tart, tannic, well balanced cider.
Each year our community gathers apples and brings us bushels from their backyards, the poms of the parks, and the fruits of the feral trees, with two goals in mind:
1) make a stunning cider.
2) keep bears from helping themselves to the fallen fruit that naturally ferments on the ground.
