One of the most creative wines in our collection, Perfectly Pear will keep you guessing. This wine is created from 100% local pears within a few miles of the winery. It's an off-dry to dry white wine and was fermented using the native yeasts. Perfect to pair with light, soft cheeses and herbed almonds.
A superbly balanced semi-sweet Vignoles. Similar to Sauvignon Blanc in floral notes and taste with an integrated sweetness that will make even dry wine lovers love this wine. Low alcohol, low sugar, and low calories, this is what you want when cooking or waiting for the kids to come home. It is just a great, all-around American white wine.
This is our take on a dry Riesling (Zucker Kusse is the sweet version). Refreshing summer sipping wine with notes of citrus, and fuji apples, and aromas of white flowers. The bursting flavors of lemon drops, and pink grapefruit will keep you wanting more.
Off-dry rose’. 11.8% ABV. Like a better-known Napa rosé this rose’ is named after the wine maker’s eldest daughter. Chambourcin was used to make this minimal skin contact wine both soft and low tannin. The color of deep-pink flowers is reminiscent of an old garden that brings about a nose full of roses and honey dew and combining the fragrances that delight the senses and the palate of hibiscus with its tropical bouquet. This light to medium bodied wine is perfect to present at any time to friends and family.
Sweet, dark red. 12.5% ABV. A delightful red blend of Chambourcin, aged one year in stainless with some French Oak stave-aging. Merlot juice added to the wine for sweetness, balance, and richer tannins. This wine has a great nose of dark cherries and vanilla with jammy flavors of boysenberry and dried fruits. A long finish makes Cowgirl put a smile on your face while you enjoy the company of friends and great wine.

Dry white. 13% ABV. This award-winning, unoaked dry white delivers the minerality of our Oklahoma riparian soils coupled with the tropical fruit nose of pineapple and grapefruit along with hints of anise. A wine of passion and presence, the light bodied Vignoles cascades down your glass with stunning fragrance of citrus and grapefruit. Private Reserve is grown entirely on our estate vineyard. With its lingering finish and balanced acidity, this wine is the “Sauvignon Blanc” of the Midwest.
It pairs with sharp cheeses such as Swiss. Dishes with aromatic seasonings such as rosemary, oregano and even mint will complement Private Reserve Estate Vignoles nicely
Sweet fruit. 12% ABV. Peach with a blend of white wines – We have found that fruit wines made entirely from fruit are boring. Judicious blending with grape wines gives better body, finish, acid balance and complexity while the fruit tells you just what you are drinking. Our peach wine makes a terrific poolside beverage, or it can be used as a base for sangria. Some chefs cook with it.
You can also serve peach wine with fruit desserts and soft cheeses. Some bars combine our Peach with our Cranberry wine along with two slices of orange on top to make Sangria.
Dry red. 13% ABV. Marley’s is a break all the rules merlot. Entirely estate-grown, the fruit struggles with the intense heat and humidity of Oklahoma. Aged in dark-toasted Missouri oak barrels and some Romanian, this light-bodied merlot has an old-world quality to it yet its body and color present it more like a Pinot Noir than a Merlot. Tasting room staff often describe Marley’s as the “pinot noir of Oklahoma.”

Dry red. 12.5% ABV. Full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 12% Chambourcin has been aged in new dark toasted Missouri White Oak for ten months. Rich and multidimensional this wine imparts subtle smoke and burning ember aromas. The integrated tannins deliver streaks of minerality that balance the savory cedary spice, toasted vanilla and dusty cocoa flavors.
Pairs well with aged cheese, Italian dishes, prime rib
Sweet fruit. 12.5% ABV. This cranberry wine is sourced from east coast cranberry fruit and is blended with Chambourcin. Fruit wines by themselves lack the tartaric acid of grapes along with higher alcohol that brings those fruit aromas to your nose. This wine is terrific for your holiday tables before or after dinner. Many people blend sparkling mineral water with our Cranberry Bliss as a spritzer. Some bars combine our Peach wine with our Cranberry Bliss along with two slices of orange on top to become Sangria.
Meaning "Sugar Kiss" in German, this semi-sweet Riesling is medium bodied. Bearing fragrances of orange blossoms and limes, it delivers crisp Granny Smith apples on the palette that round out into a lingering honeysuckle finish.
The name says it all, our Strawberry wine is one of our most popular wines at Pecan Creek. There are no artificial ingredients here, just the pure taste of fresh strawberries mixed with our Estate Vignoles Grapes to make a sweet, but not too sweet, wine you can enjoy all year round.
A red blend of Cabernet, Chamborcin, and Tempranillo create this lovely, sweet wine. Deep intense ruby colors reflect the flavors of black cherry and mocha. Medium bodied with sweet subtle tannins and a long lingering smooth finish. This wine would be great for starting or finishing any meal.
This full-bodied Meade is a perfect tribute to the beverage of ancient times. Honey, water, and yeast ferment with a touch of our Estate Vignoles Grapes make this an easy drinking wine and in addition to the honeycomb flavors. there is also a touch of floral notes.
Estate-grown Chambourcin grapes aged in Woodford Reserve Kentucky bourbon barrels. The barrels lend the toasty vanilla flavor to the nose along with the traditional herbaceous notes associated with Chambourcin grapes. The palate is plush and lingering with the taste of red fruit, mocha and a velvety raspberry finish.
