This award-winning, unoaked dry white delivers the minerality of our Oklahoma riparian soils coupled with the tropical fruit nose of pineapple and grapefruit along with hints of anise. A wine of passion and presence, the light bodied Vignoles cascades down your glass with stunning fragrance of citrus and grapefruit. Private Reserve is grown entirely on our estate vineyard. With its lingering finish and balanced acidity, this wine is the “Sauvignon Blanc” of the Midwest. It pairs with sharp cheeses such as Swiss. Dishes with aromatic seasonings such as rosemary, oregano and even mint will complement Private Reserve Estate Vignoles nicely

Sharp acidity. This wine has an attitude of grapes that were forced to grow in the worst viticultural environment possible - early and late frosts, heat, humidity, pests, wind, tornadoes, warm nights. In spite of its origin, it is a wonderful wine.
