Sweet fruit. 12% ABV. Peach with a blend of white wines – We have found that fruit wines made entirely from fruit are boring. Judicious blending with grape wines gives better body, finish, acid balance and complexity while the fruit tells you just what you are drinking. Our peach wine makes a terrific poolside beverage, or it can be used as a base for sangria. Some chefs cook with it.
You can also serve peach wine with fruit desserts and soft cheeses. Some bars combine our Peach with our Cranberry wine along with two slices of orange on top to make Sangria.
Notes
Our fruit wines are blended with various grape wines to produce better fruit aromas as well as body, complexity and finish. Finished slightly sweet, this will remind you of an early summer peach.
