Off-dry rose’. 11.8% ABV. Like a better-known Napa rosé this rose’ is named after the wine maker’s eldest daughter. Chambourcin was used to make this minimal skin contact wine both soft and low tannin. The color of deep-pink flowers is reminiscent of an old garden that brings about a nose full of roses and honey dew and combining the fragrances that delight the senses and the palate of hibiscus with its tropical bouquet. This light to medium bodied wine is perfect to present at any time to friends and family.
Notes
Chambourcin is a French-American hybrid, teinturier grape with slightly pink un-pressed juice. Low to medium tannin. This rose' is finished off-dry.
