Tasting notes:
Straw and citrus on the first nose, then notes of yellow grapefruit, pineapple and Asian pear. Hints of walnut, almost vanilla as the wine warms up.
Soft attack for a dry wine, followed by a round mid palate, and a long finish with notes of pear and walnuts.

Grilled trout with lemon slices and dill, grilled pork chops, pasta Primavera, pasta carbonara, Lobster Imperial, crab cakes with a creamy chive sauce, Asiago and Manchego cheese.
