Pineau des Dragonflies is our first apéritif here at DDW. This fortified white wine is inspired by the French Pineau des Charentes. We get lemon zest and allspice on the nose. Honey, brulé sugar, and lemon drop candies on the palate.
Winemaker’s notes: Pineau des Dragonflies is made primarily from La Crescent grapes. Recommended Pairings: Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere.
