Deeper toned strawberry and wild blackberry notes. This Dreamer's Reserve Pinot Noir is a barrel select of Pinot Noir from three different vineyards with varying elevations and varying stories in the Willamette Valley. From Laurel Vineyard (family farmed for 40 years), Luvi Vineyard (small lot passion project) and Piluso Vineyard (final year of production). The Dreamer's Reserve named after vintage 2021 - the year Cho Vineyards was acquired.
Producer of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and sparkling wine in méthode champenoise and méthode ancestrale. All living matter predominantly consists of the most basic elements carbon, hydrogen and oxygen (CHO).
