Concidre meaning reconcile in French, was created with the desire to upcycle and reconcile Oregons bounty with a creative twist. This carbonated apple-grape wine is crafted by co-fermenting the remaining juice and skins from lightly pressed sparkling grapes, with the freshly pressed juice of seven locally grown heritage clone cider apples.
