Our CHO Pinot Noir Blanc begins with Pinot Noir grapes from Laurel Vineyard. Laurelwood soil of wind-blown loess and basalt formed by glaciers grinding rocks during the last ice age. Aromas of delicate white peach, Anjou pear. Notes of stone fruit, Meyer lemon zest and minerality. Single vineyard high elevation site, whole-cluster pressed. Reminiscent of our Blanc de Noirs in still white wine form.
