Our Fiore Della Vigne (Flower of the Vine) is made with 100% AROMELLA grapes. This wine has a medium-light body and you will recognize ripe pineapple, honeysuckle, and citrus peel, in addition to the beautiful floral characteristics.
Fiore is an excellent dry wine with aromatic features comparable to a citrus Muscat. There are also notes of Sauvignon Blanc, depending upon the timing of the harvest. This crispy, light, and very social dry wine will play harmoniously between your palate and nose. This wine pairs well with light seafood dishes and white meat with citrus flavors.
Acquaviva is a family-owned 85-acre estate vineyard and winery located at the corner of Route 38 and Meredith Road in Maple Park, Illinois.
