Don Giuseppe is a blend of Frontenac, Chancellor, Marechal Foch, and Corot Noir, among other “secret” varietal components. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels. You will encounter deep, exotic, mineral notes and hints of the wine’s cedar perfume, silky and round, with exotic black berry and cherry hints. You may also pick up a trace of mint, cassis and fine tannins. Don Giuseppe is best paired with robust meats: a juicy steak, grilled lamb, braised pork, the list goes on and on!
