Our reserve reds were aged for 14 months in barrels that held 79% Bourbon and 21% Rye for 2 years. Only one or two barrels of each were made, making these the most exclusive of our wines.
With the traditional spicy nose of a St. Croix, the bouquet is that of cedar, black pepper, and mushroom. Incredibly soft, the rye in the barrel shines with smokiness, nutmeg, oak, and vanilla taking center stage and a long, lingering finish
