Our reserve reds were aged for 14 months in barrels that held 79% Bourbon and 21% Rye for 2 years. Only one or two barrels of each were made, making these the most exclusive of our wines.
The lightest bodied of the four reserves, clove, coffee, and hazelnut on the nose give way to cedar, fig, and black pepper on the palate. Light tannins round out the wine.
