In the Vineyard
Sourced from two separate vineyards in the Grand Valley, the fruit is harvested October 10 and October 14. After transfer to the winery, it is immediately crushed and lightly pressed. No skin contact is allowed.

In the Cellar
Following an overnight settling, the clear juice is transferred to fermenting tanks and inoculated. The juice characteristics look excellent and no adjustment are made. All fermentations are complete by November 14. Malo-lactic fermentation is prevented and, following cold and heat stabilization, the finished wine is flittered and bottled ready for a March 2024 release.

After 26 years, their dream continues on a beautiful estate where their adult children Stephanie (28) and Jacob (25) continue to be involved, where beautifully hand-crafted stone structures nestle within the vines and mountain views, where the winery & vineyard provide a respite to over 6000 guests a year through tastings, events and vineyard stays. The couple continues to search for new ways to provide peace and tranquility through experiences and the enjoyment of quality hand-crafted wines, all wrapped in a welcoming Colorado hospitality.
