Our White Cherry is made of Evans cherries, which have bright red skins but yellow flesh. The juice from fresh cherries is clear, but frozen cherries produce a pale pink wine. This wine is bone dry, similar to a crisp, white grape wine with a hint of cherry. Pair with fish or fowl, or just well chilled or on the rocks.
