Solstice White is a blend of mostly Brianna, Frontenac Gris and a touch of La Crescent and Swenson Red, all hardy grapes that grow in the cold northern states. Briefly aged in Jamaican rum barrels, this dry white wine pairs well with fish and fowl, alfredo pastas and sharp cheddar.
