OAKY CHOKE— our fanciful name for barrel-aged dry chokecherry wine. Chokecherries produce a dark, tannic wine with hints of black cherry. This wine has been aged in American Oak, which blessed it with notes of vanilla and coconut. Great with venison and other dark meats, or just plain good on its own as a complex flavored ruby red dry wine.
