Cabernet Franc Reserve is the selection of only five barrels from our best Cabernet Franc block. This wine is made upon its distinguished quality, and again, 2021 was one of those years! The grapes were picked September 30th at optimum ripeness. The great potential of extraction allowed us to stay in contact with the skin for 2 weeks to accumulate more thin tannins. The wine was aged for 18 months in 40% New French Oak Barrels.
The final product is well balanced offering an alliance of red fruit and spices.
