Cabernet Franc Reserve is the selection of only five barrels from our best Cabernet Franc block. This wine is made upon its distinguished quality, and again, 2021 was one of those years! The grapes were picked September 30th at optimum ripeness. The great potential of extraction allowed us to stay in contact with the skin for 2 weeks to accumulate more thin tannins. The wine was aged for 18 months in 40% New French Oak Barrels. The final product is well balanced offering an alliance of red fruit and spices. 123 cases were produced on 5/22/23

Meritage 2019 is the blend of 61% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot from our Estate vineyards. This wine was created from a barrel selection of our best blocks. The lots were blended shortly after malolactic fermentation permitting the various components to come together for a nuanced flavor during 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new, 70% neutral). Produced in a Bordeaux style, this wine presents a full bodied with silky tannins and sound acidity to frame plums, blueberries and leather flavors.
