Your senses are greeted by bright citrus and stone fruit on the nose coupled with a finish of sea air and orange blossoms. On first taste, you notice the structure, balance, and juicy acids that envelope your palate. Various citrus fruits and lemon zest coupled with hints of mandarin orange and apricot lead to a luscious mouthfeel that finishes with mid-palate minerality. Just bottled in August, it will only improve.
