Solstice Still Cider is a blend of some of our favorite late ripening heirloom and cider varieties pressed on the Winter Solstice. Solstice is completely still (no carbonation) and bone dry with crisp acidity and bold earthy tannins. Varieties: Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Goldrush, Chisel Jersey, Brown Snout, Porter's Perfection. ABV 8.5% pH 3.5 T.A. 7.6 RS 0%
