There is no fee to join. You can receive one release and drop out with no fees. You can choose shipping or pick up. Here's how it works: Sign up through VinoShipper or complete an application while visiting Willowcroft. The club release is every other month. The cost for the club release is $52.00. The winery chooses 2 bottles for the release. We send you an email two weeks before shipping. You can keep those 2 selections or you can completely customize your order with any of our other current wines. To customize your order, simply select zero quantity of the club release and add two bottles from any of our other wines at 20% off the list price. If you switch out the selected pickup wines, your cost will vary depending upon the wines you choose. You will also receive 20% off any additional online orders placed at the time of your club release. There is a 2-bottle minimum for orders (the pickup pack counts as the 2-bottle minimum). You may also skip a shipment by emailing Kim@willowcroftwine.com prior to the last day to make changes to your order. If you choose to have your wines shipped, shipping charges will apply and may vary by state. An adult age 21 or over may need to sign, depending on your state's laws. There is no shipping cost if you select to pick up at the winery. You may change shipping or pickup options at any time prior to the last day to make changes to your order. As a club member, you are able to purchase new releases online before the general public. Club Releases are available for pickup starting on the 2nd Friday of the months of February, April, June, October, and December. Wines for delivery will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Club members receive up to four (4) complimentary tastings, flights, or glasses of wine per pickup period. Club Members also receive additional bottle discounts in the tasting room of 15% off bottles, 20% off 12 or more bottles, and 20% off additional bottles ordered with their wine club shipment. Club Members also receive discounts on most event fees. This wine club is only available for wine to be picked up at the winery or shipped to the following states (subject to change) - Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, & Wyoming.
