A Bordeaux-style blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Dry, medium-bodied blend with a cocoa nose, vanilla and black current on the palate, and with firm but not overpowering tannins.
The 2020 Riesling is a delightfully dry white wine with crisp and bright acidity. Candied lemon nose and light citrus notes of lime and lemon zest on the finish. Fermented and finished in steel. The 2020 Chambourcin is a lighter-bodied vintage. It has soft tannins and notes of tart cranberry, which makes this a very easy drinking red wine. Pairs well with spaghetti dinner or a nutty parmesan style cheese or MontAmoré Cheddar by Sartori cheeses.
Aged in Oak for 9 months. Medium-bodied with a light oak nose. Notes of tropical fruit such as guava or kiwi. Light, creamy finish. One of our best selling wines! Enjoy with brie, quiche, or grilled chicken and fish. Dry.
