We are excited to bring you our April Wine Club Selections. A white and a red, a little something for everyone, as we share our 2021 Cold Steel Chardonnay and 2022 Cabernet Franc.
The 2021 Cold steel Chardonnay is a medium-bodied dry white wine, steel fermented and aged. It has a pleasant minerality, a Meyer lemon nose, and a lingering finish with hints of pear. It's reminiscent of a French Chablis and pairs well with oysters or linguine with an olive oil sauce, fresh basis, and tomato.
The 2022 Cabernet Franc a medium to full-bodied, smooth red wine with a beautiful garnet color. Black cherry on the palate with a cocoa dust finish. Medium tannins. Tellicherry peppercorn nose. It pairs deliciously with chicken parmigiana or pork Milanese. 85% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot.
