When tasting through our entire white wine vintage this particular white blend was an outlier, boasting ripe fruit notes and an intense acid profile. Aromatics of stone fruit and apple blossom. The pallet offers flavors of poached pear followed by fresh squeezed lemon acidity. The finish is long and a touch boozy with subtle notes of pineapple, nectarine and spicy green peppercorn.
