The pallet offers flavors of poached pear followed by fresh squeezed lemon acidity. The finish is long and a touch boozy with subtle notes of pineapple, nectarine and spicy green peppercorn.
Vibrant strawberry/salmon color. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel and freshly picked herbs. Bright, fresh acidity, flavors of lemon verbena, rhubarb and river rock

Big jammy flavors of blueberry and plum jam along with nuances of red currant and baking spices. The overall structure of this wine is soft and round with supple tannins. The wine shows an intense fruit forward character and lower acid. The inclusion of Chambourcin in this blend lends itself to being a very approachable wine that doesn’t necessarily need food as a compliment.
A naturally sparkling wine offering a simple, yet rustic version of champagne. The wine is unfined and unfiltered showing some visibly hazy characteristics. Aromas of fresh strawberry, rose petal, and dried herbs. The wine shows juicy rhubarb, salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze, and some yeasty notes on the palate.
Deep purple color with aromas of blackberry, black raspberries, and hints of cherry cola.
