Limited Edition - ZOO Series Special bottling of our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, an "elegant over achiever” from a cool vintage bringing pure varietal character to this wine. The barrel aging created a lovely length of layered fruit and balance. The tannins are soft and smooth making for a luxurious middle palate. As the wine finishes, the barrel shows its work, having tamed the fruit and presenting a firmness of oak tannin and grace. 25% of the purchase price for this limited edition will benefit Conservation Ambassadors in Paso Robles.
