A dry wine is categorized that way because it is less than one percent residual sugar which means added sugar. The Notch could be compared to a lightly oaked Chardonnay. This being a white wine it would be paired nicely with poultry or fish, but because of the dry, oaky flavor, we’d love this with a juicy, medium rare ribeye!
