This is our dry red wine, it is the only one of our wines that should be served at room temperature (70 degrees). A dry red wine, any dry red; Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot etc. should be served at room temperature because if it is chilled it will taste sweeter than it is intended. Our Chatsworth has a very smooth, velvety taste with none of the harsh tannin bite than other dry reds tend to have. This selection is similar to a mild Merlot or Shiraz and needs to be paired a robust meat like beef or venison.
