This is our estate grown and produced, dry white wine from 100% Traminette grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. It has wonderful floral and citrus aromas with a dry, crisp finish. It pairs well with appetizers, fish and chicken.

Notes

RS < 1%, Fermented at 60 degrees in SS and sterile filtered before bottling.
