This unique French varietal is estate grown and makes a dry, full-bodied white wine that has intense aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. Its crisp acidity lends itself to pairing with a variety of cheeses, appetizers and grilled fish.

RS<1%, pH- 3.4, TA- 7.5. Fermented in in SS at 60 degrees. Sterile filtered before bottling.
