Our wine maker will select three of our current cheese offerings to pair with your order. Our cheese maker, Goot Essa began in 2001 with a group of Amish dairy farmers who worked together to produce high quality cheese with some of their milk. Their goal is to use their cheese-making expertise to provide enough extra income to keep families on the farm. Sourced and made in PA! Pennsylvania German (PA Dutch) Style Cheeses.
