Very appropriate at this time to remember human perseverance and ingenuity can overcome challenges.

It is back, the mead that started it all! Semi dry melomel - a mead made with blueberries. We used whole New Jersey blueberries, local wildflower honey, and some oak to create a blueberry wine that can replace your red grape wine!
