Sweet Spiced Mead Local honey, grape juice and holiday spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice, orange peel and a touch of chipotle. 2020’s has a bit more sweetness, complexity and alcohol. We loved this warmed up - either a bottle in the ol'crockpot, or a mugful in the microwave.

Look out! A semi dry/sweet peanut and grape mead. We boiled peanuts, strained and mixed the peanut infused water with wildflower honey. We then blended the mead with niagara and concord grape wine. The peanut flavor will not hit you hard as it is shielded by the grape wine. Limited release.
It is back, the mead that started it all! Semi dry melomel - a mead made with blueberries. We used whole New Jersey blueberries, local wildflower honey, and some oak to create a blueberry wine that can replace your red grape wine!

This mead is all about NE PA! An acerglyn (maple and honey mead) made with Locust blossom honey and maple syrup from The Bee Keeper's Daughter, and Loch's Maple. Semisweet. The maple flavor blends wonderfully with an almost smokey honey character making this perfect for the fall and winter. How many do you want fer the hunting trip - maybe a couple two tree, heyna?

Every year we get the last press of cider from our local cider mill and blend with local wildflower honey to create Gravity. We take 15 gallons and age over 6 months in PA Rye Whiskey Barrel to create Dark Gravity. Pairs well with fire pits, smoked meat, cigars, robust cheese or simply good friends!
2020's version spent an extra month in the barrel, so delightfully boozier barrel notes. Perfect to get you thru the rest of the year!

Dry Apple wine made with local apples from Ritter’s Cider Mill. A great alternative to your dry/semi dry white grape table wine. Cleanses the palate between bites wonderfully. Whether before meal, during meal, or along with that cheese, fruit, and cracker plate! Slight haze from the apple as we do not overly process to retain the subtle apple flavor and aroma.
