Although not originally Iberian, this variety is known for its floral, orange blossom aromas and penetrating Muscat ("grapey") flavor. Planted at RMV in 2011, we will saw our first small crop in 2015, and after six years aging in bulk, we're releasing an estate dessert wine in 2022! We are hoping to produce a wine not overly sweet but with the complexity of Italy’s Vin Santo, a favorite of ours.
