Sourced from Yamhill Valley Vineyards, this is some of the best Pinot Blanc in the Willamette Valley. And, we do nothing to it: It is completely unadulterated by us. Unfiltered. No synthetic additives. No use of enzymes. Bright acidity and floral/tropical notes make this a zippy, agreeable white wine. Released for Thanksgiving each year, but totally worthy of laying down for 10 years or more!
