We aged our PV for 9 months in American Oak, bringing out hints of black raspberries, cassis, earthy wood, and spice on the nose. Flavors of blackberry, raisined fruit, sour cherry and cinnamon can be found, rounded out by the tannins, giving it a hearty mouth feel and long luscious finish.
