Pouring a pale green in the glass, this vintage of Maggie bursts with grassy, peach, and gooseberry notes on the nose. The first sip opens your senses with fresh pear, pineapple, orange blossom, and a touch of minerality. The fresh acidity balanced over medium body makes for a delicate and flavorful finish.
The signature white varietal of Parker-Binns shows extremely well from 2019. Our Petit Manseng opens with powerful aromas of ripe orange, mango, brioche, and granite. The full body, crisp acidity, and round finish bring hints of pineapple, cantaloupe and cobbler to life on the palate. Whether you like white or red wine, this has all the bases covered.
"Nectar From The Gods" The free run juice of our combined red grapes takes this pale Provencal style Rose to an elevated level. Dry, crisp acidity with harmonious notes of strawberry, kiwi, and honeydew melon, fresh as a Summer day!! TRES BIEN!!
Through this blend of two delicious aromatic white varietals come notes of flint, peach and honeysuckle that open nicely in the glass. A medium bodied white wine that builds fresh peach and gooseberry on the palate, and finishes with a pleasant salinity. A very long finish makes this our favorite to sip in 2021.
Bright floral notes, fresh fruit, and a hint of spice characterize the latest bottling of Lulu's Red. This wine was made for easy drinking and pairing with some local favorites in WNC. With Lulu's paw of approval, $1 of every bottle purchased goes to support our local pet adoption organization.
Pulling the cellar together to represent the best of a tough vintage, this is a blend of 3 vintages of Merlot from our estate. During blending, we put one fifth each of 2017 and 2019 Merlot into our 2018 Merlot. We felt this created layers of structure, aroma, and flavor that are harnessed by some voluminous tannins. Medium core and garnet to show some youth, this wine opens with notes of dried herbs, red licorice and ripe plum. On first sip, you find this to be a very round, full bodied wine that has cherry, baking spice, and cola all along the finish.
Pouring a vibrant ruby in the glass, this Cabernet Franc shows true varietal aromas of rose petal and graphite, followed by a touch of oak. Framed with fresh acidity and bright red fruit, this elegant wine pairs well with a cool Autumn afternoon.
During a small trial run of bourbon barrels in our cellar, we took an opportunity to blend some into this vintage of our Cabernet Sauvignon and show off a little bit of Chambourcin while we were at it. This is 83% Cabernet and 17% Bourbon barrel Chambourcin, delivers dry hay, fruit leather, and ripe blueberry on the nose. The wine opens up with smooth acidity, dry tannins, and flavors of black pepper, red fruit, and amaretto on the finish.
