The first of its kind in our cellar, we took 3 barrels of our 2018 vintage of Chardonnay and went to
the other end of the spectrum. 100% fermented in barrel, aged sur lie, and put through a full
malolactic conversion. It is
very expressive with vanilla, butter, and spice on the nose, with a full-body, fresh acidity, and
dry finish. The flavors that linger remind us of cream, coconut, popcorn, and a delicious savory
foundation.
