These cacao beans were gathered from over 500 smallholder farms, blended and fermented in eucalyptus-timber boxes. 60% FLAVOR NOTES Deep kettle-drum notes of chocolate and dried plum, with hints of violets and Scotch whiskey. Intrigue’s craft chocolate is minimally processed and hand-formed, made on a stone mill right in our shop.
