Albariño is a Spanish white wine that delights the palate with its semi-sweet, crisp, light flavor. Typically, Albariño is served as a young wine so in keeping with tradition, we did not barrel age it for 2 years like our other wines. It pairs well with seafood, semi soft cheeses (mozzarella, brie), pastas, grilled vegetable dishes, finger foods and salads.
