This harvest is of our estate grown Viognier from Sunol Highlands Vineyard. Stainless steel fermented with native yeast. Aromas of stewed apricots, orange blossom, and mango. An oily mouth feel meets flavors of lemon curd.
Santa Clara County Sauvignon Blanc grown at the west facing foothills of Bella Montagna Vineyard. Aromas of passion fruit, guava, jasmine and gooseberry. A touch of sweetness offers a counter balance to the elevated acidity.
This Estate grown Viognier is made with the Metodo Italiano, or Charmat method. Find fresh apricots on the palette in place of dried apricots from our non-sparkling 2017 vintage. This sparkling holds true to our estate viognier, rich with honey and crisp green apple.
