This Sweet White Bubbly Lot 5 was made in the Charmat Method (just like our Dry White Bubbly and Rosé Bubbly), where the wine underwent a second fermentation in a pressure tank to create its soft, creamy bubbles. This second fermentation brought out lovely floral notes like honeysuckle and lily alongside yellow apple and melon aromas. Its sweet but not cloying finish pairs well with fruit or cheesecake for a delicious end to a meal.
