Our 2024 Les Bulles Nordiques is a fresh, crisp wine with notes of lemon and grapefruit, herbs, and minerals. 100% Itasca (34% Minnesota, 66% Wisconsin) The fruit was picked on September 7, 2024, and gently whole-cluster pressed. The juice started fermentation over the following days, and when the fermentation was nearly complete, the wine was bottled.

Our Dry White Bubbly Charmat Method Sparkling Wine underwent a secondary natural fermentation in a pressure tank to produce its persistent, lively bubbles. The wine expresses notes of lemon zest, fresh bread, and toasted nuts on the nose, with some minerality on the palate. It is a medium-bodied wine that pairs well with appetizers, charcuterie and cheese, and creamy poultry dishes. Blend: 48% Frontenac Gris, 36% Itasca, 16% Frontenac Blanc. Alc. %: 12.5% RS: 8 g/bottle

Sweet White Bubbly Charmat Method 750ml Lot 5

This Sweet White Bubbly Lot 5 was made in the Charmat Method (just like our Dry White Bubbly and Rosé Bubbly), where the wine underwent a second fermentation in a pressure tank to create its soft, creamy bubbles. This second fermentation brought out lovely floral notes like honeysuckle and lily alongside yellow apple and melon aromas. Its sweet but not cloying finish pairs well with fruit or cheesecake for a delicious end to a meal. Blend: 51% Chenin Blanc, 37% Frontenac Gris, 12% Frontenac Blanc % Alcohol: 12.5% Residual Sugar (RS): 3%

The La Crescent grape is very aromatic, reminiscent of Muscat or Riesling in its rich floral aromas. Our 2023 La Crescent is an off-dry aromatic white bubbly that's a natural summertime wine. The grapes came from our closest grower, Double V Vineyards just outside of Jordan as well as from a small plot at Lone Oak Tree Vineyard in Garden City, south of Mankato. The wine is expressive with fresh apricot and white flower notes followed by an off-dry citrus finish. Pair with cheese and fruit or sip it on its own. 100% La Crescent % Alcohol: 12% Residual Sugar (RS): 17g/L

This year's Hard Cider is made in the pét-nat style, so it was bottled right from the tank during its first fermentation. We wanted to capture the fresh, fruity flavors of the apples and the natural sparkle from the fermentation. It's unfiltered, so sediment is natural and harmless. Chill upright in the refrigerator for a day or two before opening if you'd like to avoid mixing the sediment with the cider - but this is optional! Blend: 100% field blend of organically-grown Minnesota apples, including SweeTango, Chestnut Crab, Zestar, and Breezy Hill. Alc. by Vol: 7% RS: <10g/L
