Notes of butterscotch on the nose, medium-bodied, flavors of baked apples and dried apricot, lemon zest and toasted almond towards the end, with a full and satisfying finish. Attica 2022: 50/50 blend of Riesling and Petit Manseng aged only in stainless steel tanks. Fall/Winter fruit flavors of papaya and persimmon, followed by warm spice, and undertones of jasmine. Fresh and full flavors, with mouth watering acidity. Vidal Blanc 2021: 100% Vidal Blanc aged in stainless steel for 18 months. Notes of candied pineapple and honeydew melon. Light bodied and crisp on the palate. Pinot Grigio 2020: This semi-sweet is aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks. Full flavors of sweet pear, passionfruit and melon upfront, followed by a very clean and refreshing finish at the end.
